I met Brad Sugars years ago when he was co-training with a gentleman to whom I was associated with his company. Brad is truly a remarkable man. Here's a guy that can take practically any failing business and turn it around in record time. I'm sure this guy has made many people's lives and business's better.
When I first met him I thought that he came off as a jerk. But turns out beneath the cactus like exterior beat a heart of gold. I wish back then I had the sense to really buckle down and to study his work. At the same time I don't regret traveling my own path.
If you are in business at the very least you need to check this guy out. For a long time he was in the business of buying and selling businesses. Essentially he would look for businesses that were run by idiots (his words) purchase them from them and then turn them around and made a lot of money doing this.
I would definitely check this guy out. Perhaps my favorite thing about Brad's work is that it focusing on testing and measuring your results. In a lot of ways it's like NLP or any other type of personal development work in that if you don't calibrate whether or not what you are doing is working then you are liable to exert a lot more effort than is necessary for something that might not even be bringing you the types of results that you desire.
